fiesta starting problem

I have a ford fiesta 1.3
had new keys recut as I had lost master key.
Sometimes car won't start leave it for 3 mins it will start. light under clock flashes if it is not going to start, rest of dash lights up normal. Ford say there's nothing wrong.

when the immobilizer flashes trying to start the car it usually means there is a fault with the immobilizer . try using a different key .because when you get a new key its should be programed to the car using the master key witch you lost
yeah i agree sounds like immobilizer i'd get them to check it out. it could be just one key needs reprogramming.
