Nothing much - the only difference Super unleaded has a higher Octane rating for high performance engines.
Puting it in the like of a Corsa/Clio etc. would be a waste of money.

So I have been to fill up my car with premium unledded today and have used super unledded it will not damage my engine will it?
It will not have any detrimental effect, in fact depending on the engine it can give small improvements in performance or economy. The ECU may advance the ignition timing to give improved engine efficiency where the management system incorporates a knock sensor so apart the cost its beneficial in many cases
