car trader and the customer
i bought a corsa for 2,000 from a trader ,it had a years mot. after one week the car was off the road , i had to get a new rad, anti roll bar, cv joint, and part for the temp gauge, all together costing nearly 500. i have had the car 5 months . went to a dealer to part exchange to find its a cat D. they wont part exchange,
i have read that as a trader sold me the car he should have told me it was a cat D.
Where do i stand legally in respect of getting a refund .
