I have noticed that I have oil in my coolant bottle of my 1993 Vauxhal Corsa 1.5td. But no indication of contaminated oil from the dip stick or oil filler cap.
What could be causing this ?
If its the Head Gasket, can I test it some how before I strip the head down. ?

Is there coolant pouring from the overflow from you Ex tank?
SAFTEY IN MIND check your coolant in the Ex tank, is it bubbling? Get the System Compression tested.
one possibility is that the oil cooler has gone, if your engine is a cdti that fault is common, it may not be the cooler itself but the gasket might have failed.
