EGR Valve

Hi, I am attempting to clean my EGR Valve. I have a Vauxhall Corsa 1998 1.2 8v. I'm just wondering if anyone can find me some pics of the EGR valve on the internet of what one actually looks like and send me the link via this post so I know what im looking for. I had an engine diagnostics check done after my engine management light came on, and it said there is a problem with EGR Valve. So please, if anyone can find me any pics, sending me the link to them would be much appreciated and how do i go about cleaning it?
