vehicle removal

a neighbour is parking in my drive and threatened me when i asked him to remove it. does anyone no how much it will cost and who i can contacted to remove it?

I cannot believe I've read this!! is the drive adjoining? if not deflate his / her tyres they then have to prove it was you. this post takes the biscuit.

put lots of nails on your driveway (dont park there yourself!) He'll get punctures and you can say - ohhh.. yes whoops I do remember dropping some nails and thought I'd picked them all up!!!

TWR usually gives helpful advice but I'd not tamper with another person's vehicle if I were you. I would probably end up with you being charged with criminal damage and you will have knowingly affected the roadworthiness of a motor vehicle.

simple put a gate on your drive and lock them
if that dont work pay some kids to vandalize his car,

I like Nosha's idea the best. It is not vandalism if you do not touch another person's vehicle. I think you should do this instead of the other plans.
