Paying to park outside your house
http://www.dailymail....-ramps-green-tax.html
Should all councils charge the occupier to park his car outside his house? With a shortgage of garage space nationally has the time come to keep our streets clear allowing access, keep the traffic moving and cut down on the number of accidents that parking causes. They do this quite successfuly in France.

About 6 roads in each zone, you can only free-park in your own zone. No way of parking in other zones, the only alternative is to go to pay and display car parks.
