You have a laptop?

Install Microsoft Autoroute 2010 and add a GPS USB device (GPS500 .. Pharos) Works great .. with voice navigation, etc. I have one.

The laptop sits where you can hear it! (eg .. on the seat)

The receiver comes with a normal USB extention cable plus the adapter.
Works fine .. and free (providing you have a download of Autoroute and a laptop.
