Can anyone let me know how I can remove the drivers seat from my Honda CR-V year 2006, I have dropped something whilst trying to retreive this it has gone further up between the pastic sides on the underneath of the seat.

Not sure about this particular model but in every car I have had the runners and seat are a single unit, fixed through the runners by a couple of bolts each side.

If the Item is Metal there is a Magnet pick up tool that you can buy from Halford or any Car auto shops, they are about a fiver, they work like a telescope & can stretch to the area you are talking about, Is the lost Item Metal?

Or Google front seat removal of Honda CR-V. Its easy if you have the tools.
