Yes, because you would be charged with driving without due care and attention.
Absolutly wo wo, under the road traffic act a driver can be prosecuted for not being under proper contol of the car if both hands are not on the wheel most of the time i.e changing gear, however a much more pressing question is why would you want to?????????
why not try it and see - its the only way to be sure.

You are not in proper control but if you were drinking the drink whilst parked (alcoholic content or not) I don't think there is a law against it unless you go over the drink-drive limits.....

Still, drink driving is a stupid thing to do, just get a mate to be designated driver, or walk or get a taxi.

technically to your question, ignoring the due care and attention, a police officer could charge u for possible drink driving but provided the can has pepsi in it then u have a case for your defence to use the half empty can of pepsi as evidance u werent actually under the influence, as would a breathaliser test, so in actual fact, although u will get a long amount of hassle from the police for them presuming the worst, and the fact they might nitpick about not being careful when driving, they couldnt arrest u on any drink driving charge!
