Oil central heating
9 Answers
My mum has oil central heating, with a oil tank at the side of the house. Things keep going wrong with it now mum is on her own - no hot water mostly. Who would you call in to service oil central heating - it is a very old system installed by my dad, who is no longer around.
Do people still have oil central heating ? Or is it mainly gas now ?

Service wise, theres not much to go wrong, but if the boiler is ancient, a new one is a fortune, so if there was natural gas in the road it would be cheaper to convert, and, if your mother is on Her own She may qualify for a grant to upgrade.
I always get my oil from Boiler juice as it is usually cheaper than most companies.
