yes but wont the other person be partly to blame? because had they not been parked on the yellow line (illegally i presume) then tafara would not have hit them. do they not get something done to them because of how they were parked?
A car may be legally stopped on yellow lines to load/unload or pickup/set down passengers. Whilst it may not be illegally parked on yellow lines it may be parked dangerously, eg. on a bend or brow of a hill which is an RTA offence. You may have a claim....
