not 100% sure but i think they were mounted up front just behind the bumper but can't remember if it was the left or right side

For fear of sounding obvious have you had someone press the horn switch or is it that the horn doesn't work and you need to replace it. If this is the case then a simple call to a Vauxhall/Opel dealer should be able to furnish you with the answer.
