There was a situation that developed here in North Wales where a used car dealer who buys his cars from auctions in Scotland was being targeted by a rival who made comments about buying 'Scottish' car, implying they were more prone to rust etc etc. The rival was topld by Trading Standards that he would have to withdraw the comment from his adverts or face prosecution. The first dealer still buys his cars from Scotland and they are being snapped up by buyers
From what I hear on the news from Glastonbury today it seems to be raining (again) and they're up to their ankles in mud already. Sun splitting the pavements here in Dundee today, gorgeous. Seemed last year that half of England was under water whereas we got off very lightly in Scotland. Wouldn't you have any second-hand car inspected thoroughly before buying anyway?
