Fiat 500 Tyre/wheel Change.

My daughter has had to leave her car in the next town as 'the tyre blew' as she put it.
She said the car felt weird [pulling] and when she parked up and looked the tyre was bulging and hot to touch.
Does this car have a spare wheel? I can't get a straight answer looking at car forums :0/
Also, would it have a jack?

Stupid daddy bought the care and didn't check this stuff out grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

The official brochure for the Fiat 500 lists a 'space saver' spare wheel as standard equipment on all variants of the model:

I think the spare wheel/tyre is an option.You may find a 'repair kit' below the drivers seat.......not much good....and there may not be a jack.It could mean a call to roadside assistance or a local garage.

If you were away how would she resolve her problem or would she just leave it there till you got back. If you are going to drive a car at least she should learn how to change a wheel.

Would have been more appropriate if you had said that she should have made sure that she has breakdown cover
