Having done this on a similar Zafira B it's up through wheel arch access panel as suggested. Tip: Peer into front of headlight lens before dismantling and note orientation of bulb when correctly sat in its holder. Two springy (sort of) plastic clips hold wheel arch access panel in place. You will need a torch or a sunny day. Once access panel is dangling on its thin plastic straps up inside you will see a rubber cover over back of bulb holder. Peel this off. Before you twist off bulb holder (about a quarter turn anti-clockwise from memory) I suggest you photograph / draw the orientation of bulb holder and wiring from behind before you remove old bulb. On the Zafira there is enough slack in the wiring to withdraw bulb holder and wiring back into wheel arch to take out bulb. I spent a good hour trying to get the bulb holder back in place even though I thought I had a mental note of its original position. As you are doing most of it by feel it can be a nightmare. I once watched a guy on and off doing same task at a Premier Inn one afternoon on an Astra H and he was still doing it as it got dark! My Vauxhall garage said whatever you do don't force it as it's been known to damage headlamp and bulb holder will keep falling out. It's a bumper off job to take headlight out to repair it.
