Why Are All Fan Heaters So Hideously Ugly ?

I am looking for a fan heater, in shops or on the Internet, but they are all so ugly. Even the wildly expensive ones. Any ideas ?

My friend has the Dyson one. I can`t vouch for how good a heater it is but it was very effective as a fan in the summer. We spent quite a lot of time looking at it and trying to figure out how it works.

I would buy a Halegen heater rather than fan + they are a lot cheaper to run

I am trying to replace a halogen heater, as I'd quite like a rush of warm air when I'm getting dressed. Halogen heaters do warm the room, I realise that, but I just want that short blast of warmth as I remove one lot of clothes to put on another lot.
It was all so much comfier when I lived in the tropics !!

I'm not a big fan either/neither, probably why most folks hide them out of sight! ;-)
