I have volunteered to deliver hot meals to vulnerable people during the lock down Do I have to inform my insurance company?

Yes. In theory you'll need business use but I think I read they will look on this favourably. It doesn't add much to the annual premium anyway as long as you're not driving taxi or commercial salesman
