Not enough information supplied .. petrol or diesel will make a difference.
All I can say is avoid any Citroen dealership and go to a local garage.
A small local garage may only charge £50-70 per hour labour,
but Citroen will more than twice that.
From what I remember the time charged for a petrol Picassa was about 3 hours, plus the cost of a belt.
Bare in mind that they ( mechanic ) will change the water pump and tensioner as well. Usually comes as a kit.
this is an example but it'll bve about £75, this may not be your model: https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&;_nkw=2005+citroen+picasso+cambelt+kit&;_sacat=0
However the parts are least of your costs, probably add another £200 + vat to that, max £400 all in should be less. TBF that's about what the car's worth anyway!
