Perhaps the fuse has blown - change it and see what happens
I'm assuming you mean "Micra" if you have disconnected it from the battery you will have to enter a radio code to unlock the radio. Is it not asking for a code? probably 4 digits. You probably have the code written in your service book or hand book.
Car radios of that era required a code to activate them after they had been disconnected from power as an attempt to deter thieves. If you have the car handbook there may be a card in there with the code on it, otherwise you might have a dead radio. It could be worth contacting Nissan who might be able to supply the code for a fee.
Nissan will require you to book it in - as I discovered the other month at quite a considerable cost!
I went on to ebay and paid a fiver and got it sorted in 5 mins
I agree with Redhelen. No power at all suggests a blown fuse.
