How To Sell A Car

my husband is in a position hes never been in before. He needs to sell his car, but isnt getting a new one.
What is the best/easiest way of selling a good car?

The only time we’ve done that bednobs, we got a price from we buy any car, then found a local company who does the same and got a price from them. They offered a bit more so we sold it to them.
I don’t know how that would compare with advertising and selling privately but we didn’t want the hassle and were quite happy with what we received.

Someone asked something similar in the Telegraph a couple of months ago and Motorway was named as one of the better Companies.

It depends on the age and condition of the car.
If you want the most then private but easiest quickest is probably one of these cat supermarket places

I was in the same position when I lost my driving licence. As it happened I was having a new fence built at the time and I bartered the car for the fence (material and labour). So do you fancy a new kitchen, or bathroom, or whatever.

We sold our 3 year old Mondeo Estate on carwow in September. Went live 'online' and sold 9 minutes later for the full asking price. Will definately use them again!
