That looks a lot more than an inch. It's not a fine anyway it's an invoice. These can be ignored, they'll spam her with ever more aggressive demands but eventually they'll give up. Technically they can sue but hardly ever do.

The attitude is what annoys me, she chose to use the car park and by doing so accepted the conditions then violated those conditions now she's making a martyr of herself for something completely avoidable.

The invoice bears no relation to the so called offence. I think she should do nothing. If the parking company takes it to court I would hope the charge would be thrown out.

Parking is a required skill when driving. If anyone can't do that, no matter their physical condition or age, then they shouldn't be on the road.

I've seen a lot worse parking from totally abled and young folk, including police. They don't get charged.

This is just some smug bloody jobsworth wallowing in his authority.

Putting some people in uniform transforms them into Little Hitlers (and remember dear Adolf was all for euthanising the disabled).

Every day I see motorists ignoring the KEEP CLEAR area outside my local bus station - they never get charged even though it frequently leads to buses unable to access/leave the station until the offender moves on.

I’ve been fined for over-staying the allotted time - no ticket - just timed pictures of my car entering and leaving the car park.

I once had difficulty parking because of the way the car in front of me had parked and I couldn't get all of my car in the space.
Fortunately, there was a warden close by,( You can usually find them hovering around the disabled bays) so I asked him if he was going to give me a ticket and he said, No.
As long as my 2 front wheels are in the space, it's ok.
Looks like that lady didn't have her front wheels in the space, but if she isn't causing an obstruction, I don't think she should have to pay a fine.
