Can't see why they changed both the battery and alternator for this problem, you need to find out from them. Seems like a fuel or ignition problem to me.
If it starts OK and idles normally then there can't be much wrong with the battery or ignition systems at the moment, if you start the engine, leave it in neutral gear and push the accelerator pedal will it accelerate from idle to high RPM as quickly as normal or does it just stay at idle speed. If so its sound more like an engine management module problem unless it is the accelerator pedal itself which is faulty.

thanx for your help.not found fault yet,car running allright at moment. noticed coolant level a little low, could this have been the problem?
If there was a head problem it wouldn't be intermittant. Might be fuel starvation, blockage in the tank maybe.
