new rules for mot's
would anyone know when the new rules for mot's come into force? i understand that you wont be able to have the 14 days to do any work on the vehicle should it fail, which as far as i can understand means the garage who does the mot will do the work for you, if you take it to your own mechanic or take it home and do the work yourself you will be charged again for the mot when you take it back.
