Sounds quite reasonable assuming it includes all parts and its not just the labour charge.

If in doubt try a few local garages for prices.

yea great price make sure they change ur timing belt n tensioner and skim and pressure test the cylinder head. recommended!

i just had my cylinder head gasket done on my Rover 75, lucky it was still under warranty or it would have cost me �550, so yeah sounds like a good price.
