indicator failure

why do my indicators stop working if the weather is very cold?

thanks all.this problem have been caused by a old resident who dont even have a car,she say is ok for my friend to park there but not the visitors,I must stress that we dont disturb anyone ,she think she own the place,but she only a tenant and dont own the house

plus she say we should park in the woods by were is muddy and dark,she seem to have put presure on some idiot manager at westkent,but like I say if they put up official signs then I will be happy to oblige,but last time we have the same problem they say that we were doing nothing wrong,they seem to change the rules as they go ,
