Is This The Final Nail In The Coffin For...

I am in a dilemma. As I am soon to move to a smaller home I have bedroom furniture (wardrobe and new bed which has a secondary spare underneath) , a stowaway bike and a small chest freezer to get rid of.
I would like to sell them (not really make a profit, but just get rid of them) and I simply have no idea what price to put on any of them. Having looked at supermarket ads that the public leave and also the local paper I have not found any ads for the same items that I have to sell, so again I have no guide to a fair and reasonable price.
This leaves me thinking a second hand dealer and I know from past experience they will ask "how much money do you want" and I wouldn't know if what they offer me is a fair price or if I would be getting seen off.
Anyone with any suggestions as to how I can go about costing and fairly pricing things?

Yes I could get rid of them for free, but the lot cost me (at the time) almost 1000 so I need to get something back from my purchases - thinking small is sweet here.
I am still stuck with advice to a minimum value of what I could sell things for - not for profit - just to get a little back, make sense?
Considering you spent 1000, why not just think of the minimum amount you would be happy to sell them for, then use that as the reserve on ebay? It doesn't matter if something doesn't sell, or if their aren't similar items. It may come as an advantage that their aren't other items like yours on ebay. Like ethel said, it is surprising somtimes how much some items do fetch.
If your reserve prices are the minimum your happy to sell them for then, if they sell, you should be happy,. And if they dont then at least they havn't gone for a silly price.
Good Luck!!
Ok, now I am on your wavelength............consider my dilemma! The sleepeeze bed cost me 299 (It looks like a single bed but has another one stored underneath. The second one can go alongside as a double bed or as a single) cost 299 - slept on 14 times so like new........how much would I be happy to get? I have no idea! This is why I ask members views of a reasonable price to advertise it for.
The Raleigh towaway bike - done about 60,000 miles and is in ace condition with no rust.........I don't know if they are made now let alone a price as to but new in 2006 for a price to put on mine to reduce to what I would probably be happy to consider and accept.
If someone said "sell X for about X " then I would go by their advice. I can't find similar anywhere to even put a price on let alone sell it on ebay as I can't even think of a reserve price as I don't know the second hand value of these things. I am not looking for my purchase price back - I am looking to sell and get something back and I have no idea of what to expect to ask for and get..........1/4? or 1/2? If someone said they would give me 175 for the whole lot would I be being seen off? If someone said 300 would we both profit? I simply need a basic % to calculate from and advertise these things accordingly.
Now if someone said a bike that you can twist into two halves to put in the boot of your car you could buy for 40 I would sell for 35 because I have had advice as to the selling price. If someone said a bed like I have would sell for 350 but as second hand would sell easily for 100 I would sell for that as I know the second hand value.
I can't auction on ebay without a reserve price and I have no idea of an reserve price to state or what my items would net second hand.
