Remove glove box with a T25 torx allen key ,at the back on the right you will see a vertical slot with 2 x 5.5mm hex headed screws one lower than the other, remove the screws and flick the two plastic catches at the top and bottom and there is the pollen filter. This is for a 2001 astra
