how many miles do you get for a litre of petrol in your 1.2 16v corsa sxi, i get about 70/80 miles for �10, i think this is really bad???

So you get around 35-40 miles per gallon, thats not bad if you are not a good driver.

Improve your driving by thinking ahead, not going so fast and you could get up to 50 miles per gallon.

According to vauxhall the combined mpg for this car 48.7 so you're not far off. The official mpg figures are often optimistic so 40mpg isn't too bad.

As toureman says alter your driving style to try and increase your mpg, if you're particularly bothered by it.

i've got the same car i get around 45mpg so your not far off.
