Good on the chap, I see it so many times and I only live in a small town people think that disabled, M&B and double yellow lines are an extension of the car park. A classic example of disabled parking abuse is neighbour of mine who had a car on disability for his wife who has severe MS, but only he never took her out in this car she had to struggle on her own to do the weekly shop and get a taxi home afterwards he would use the car for fishing and his dog, I regularly saw him parking in disabled places in the town while his poor wife was stuck at home so he had less distance to walk to the betting shop! Hence to say they are not married any more as he took up with her carer a couple of doors away. Still this level of abuse should not be tolerated and all things should be reported no matter how trivial they seem maybe people will think twice in the future if they are heavily penalised.
