YES!

If you suffer personal injury, physical or psychological or both, you will need to cleam compensation.

And very often it is a long, drawn out weary process.

Over 5 years to get my compensation. :)
what would you do if your car was off the road for 2 weeks, and what would you do if a uninsured driver hit you, they both speak for themselves,im surprised you had to ask.
Absolutely take it out - usually costs less than 10. It's got very little to do with replacement car and the rest, but does provide you with a lot of protection against other legal costs including you being sued, eg: if the other drive was 3rd party.

Compared to the rest of your insurance, it's worth a fortune.
