Can someone help?
I have just bought my first house and we don't have a drive way. Instead we share a small parking area next to our house with our neigbour. There is space for 5 vehicals. In the deeds to our houses, myself and my neighbour both own 2 spaces each. Some other residence from surrounding houses have taken it upon themselves to use our spaces. On a few occasions I have had no where to park. All other houses have drives. Are they parking ilegally? Is there anything I can do to stop them from using our spaces?
