My daughters car has been cutting out at junctions...traffic lights etc. anyone any ideas?

Does she turn the key backwards? I found that my Blue Ferrari did this

make sure the breather pipe arent blocked or clogged up or split think it might be a idle speed control valve

Hi there
As well as previously stated has the car been serviced recently? Might be worthing popping a new air filter in? How does it idle when just started? Is it lumpy at all. I had the same problem - did a basic service (filter, plugs etc)and checked all the hoses for air leaks and the problem was cured.

Had a service a few weeks ago and breather pipe etc are all clear
