i just purchased a new moped, i have yet to do my cbt but am aware i can use my own bike to do so, so went ahead with the purchase.
It is registered to me and insured, but is yet to be taxed as im waiting for the insurance documents to come through the post, the bike got dropped off to me at work yesterday and i had to drive it to my garage. On the way a speed camera flashed me three times at once with knowone else on the road??? I dont believe i was speeding but may have accelerated with in the target zone. How bad could this situation be??

I'm afraid you will have to wait and see if you are to be prosecuted which usually takes between 3-14 days
If you are to be prosecuted it would be for no roadtax and speeding if you are a new driver with the 2 year probationary period expect a hefty ticking off and points
I am unsure about cbt as I dont have a motorbike licence
But if the camera flashed 3 times as you say it did it may be a faulty camera
lol how can you speed on a moped? they only do about 20 mph!
AS bednobs says, unless you were going down a steep hill you would not be speeding.
