Fiesta bluetooth

Can anyone tell me how to set up the bluetooth in the fiesta freedom to connect to my mobile phone? And how to program in the voice controls?
Everytime I try it doesn't recognise the commands, and just switches itself off, and there is no info in the handbook.

If its the same set up as in my focus with voice activated handsfree with the voice button on the steering column its quite complicated I contacted the supplying Ford dealer its a company car and they had fitted the handsfree they Emalied me the instruction book unfortunately I no longer have it was 18 months ago and I passed it on to a work mate who had the same problem Good Luck

Thanks jg96. I'll try the dealers to see if they can supply an instruction book (feel a bit daft that I never thought of that before!)
