Last year a car cut me up on my motorscooter in the bus lane which i was entitled to be on, althought the insurance company pain for my bike to be repaired and I didn't have to pay the access, because I'm sueing for injuries, the insurance company and solicitors are being funny about the whole incident this is the second solicitor i have had regarding this accident the first solicitor said he did not recieve photographs that i had taken of the bus lane signs, he only admitted to having the photos when i went to another solicitor

And your question is?
one qestion i have before i answer WAS THE BUS LANE IN OPERATION or was it one of the timed bus lanes :ie 7am-9am and 4pm - 6pm or was it all day bus lane
if it was a specifically timed buslane and you were outside the times then you could be at fault for undertaking but if it was within the time periods as described above then the car driver could be at fault
but as far as the solicitor is concerned then you can report him to the law society
What do you want to know? Are the Solicitors saying that you do not have a claim for the injuries or what?
