FAT drivers

Has anyone else noticed the increased numbers of obese drivers who are so fat that once wedged in the seat, they cannot even move their head?

I am now increasingly behind these objects and find that they are incapable of being aware of what is going on around them. They are particularly dangerous when they attempt to pull out into a main road because they simply cannot see what is happening.

You are all so obviously very touchy about you obesity, that you immediately respond in this way. Why don`t you make a serious attempt to get rid of all that FAT.

I would imagine that their are problems with your driving - as somebody with such an obviously low IQ will have problems reacting quickly to any situations that might arise.
Also the drool probably makes the steering wheel slippery and more difficult to turn for you.

PS to dot.broadys carer, who obviously reads the replys out loud to them - I think it is time that the medication is increased again.

my daughters mate had parents that were so fat that when they were both in the car, a skoda fabia, the hand brake was inaccesible!! don't know if it affected their driving but they had to let the h/brake off before getting in.
i bet stopping distances were a bit longer as well.

im not overweight at all my friend,i posted the first post because,along with the other few posters have attained,that you are a complete idiot.

an ex boss of mine drove a land rover defender and was that fat that he had to stop the jeep and open the door to enable him to wind down the window,and of course do the same when he wanted it back up..
if you think how much room there is in a defender that will give you an idea just how seriously fat this chap was..

There is simply no excuse for people of such obese dimensions to be driving a car over which they have little control. Obviously such Fatties just should not be allowed on the roads, so it will be interesting to view the forthcoming televisions programme `Driving me Crazy` when it features such people. John Sergeant will hopefully portray these fatties in such a dangerous light that maybe they will be shamed into giving up driving until they are safe to do so. I have heard that the programme will include a hot-line "shop-a-fatty" when we will be encouraged to phone in with our observations.

Of course I expected howls of protests from the Fat of the Land.

But the fact remains - these obese people are a danger to other road users.

I just do not see how these Fatties and their supporters can possible justify their contention that they are otherwise.

tubeway you may not be fat but fat headed yes. good point about over weight people cars have a capacity of weight they carry so a car full of fattys wont stop in the same distance the suspension will be stressed like the people replying to this thread.movement will be restricted.but why do they try and squeeze into small cars??? size denial just like the clothers they try and fit into lol
