help! my radio dont work.

I have just purchased a renault scenic with no manuals,handbooks etc.Eventually got the code to the radio,have entered it but nothing is happening! Any one know what to do?Any help would be great.Thanks

If it's the same as my mums old Laguna - you enter it using the steering wheel stalk controls - once you see the code in the display - you press both the up vol & down vol at the same time for a couple of seconds and it accepts the code.
