Helps if you let us know what car/ what radio etc

Different cars have special keys - purchased through dealers - but usually you can find them in the glove or in the back of the radio inst manual.
Halfords can usually do this for you.
The most common set up is to have small holes or slots either side of the radio. Go onto Ebay, buy a set of radio removal tools (should not cost more than ~5). Find the tools that fit your holes, slot them it, pull the radio out GENTLY, disconnect the leads and viola!
