I've just bought a Fiesta which is just over 3 years old from Dees. I was out and about earlier and when I switched the engine off and got out of the car there was a loud humming kind of noise coming from the bonnet. Is it its way of cooling down and also is it supposed to be quite loud???

on some cars the cooling fan still runs even after you switch the engine and ignition off, as long as it goes off after a few seconds i wouldnt worry.
