thinking of trading in my car part exchange to a garage, will it pay to get the car serviced & mot,it is coming upto three years old and has been serviced since new. will my p/ex allowance compensate for the cost an mot & service

most garages will service a car before they sell it ,and if it needs a mot aswell,you wont get any extra,because you have had it serviced and mot'ed
I say the same as Normanthedog, dont waste your money as you wont get a better trade in price. I recently traded in my old V6 Omega that had a hole in the manifold and sounded like a tank!! Parked it up at the dealers and have never heard any more, the trade in price was given to me over the phone! so it must come from a book.
