Mondeo MK 2 central locking

Hi ,the wifes mk 2 Mondeo has a problem .
When you go to lock the doors from either front door it locks and straight away unlocks.Thought it might have been the motor on the drivers door ,changed it ,no difference.Have done the alarm checks on each door and that was ok.Any advice /help would be great .
