What is a car pillar/post and how important is it?
Hi guys,
I am new to this whole car thing and basically need your help.
My relative has asked me to go half's on repairing a salvage car and then promises to give me half the profits when sold.
Basically I want your advice on the type of repair needed and whether I should stay clear.
The car is a 3 door hatchback and has mainly passenger side damage mainly the door and front wing, however my relative has been advised that a new door pillar/post is needed.
What is a door pillar/post and what does it do? Is it a really important part and if this needs replacing would you say the damage is really bad and I wont be able to sell on?
