Vauxhall Vectra 02 Wiper Relay

I have a vaux vectra 02 turbo diesel ls. the other day I turned the windshield wipers on and they jammed with the frost. as I failed to turn them off correctly at the time. The wash wipe, intermittent & normal speeds do not work although the fast wipe does! Also the usual click when turning them on has disappeared which has led me to think that the relay has blown. I checked the fuses and they look good so could anyone tell me where I could find the relay before the rains come.

The relay is in the main fuse box on the left hand side of the engine
