does the garmin streetpilot c550 tell me what lane to be in?

Does the street pilot c550 tell you waht lane to get into.
For instance heading up to a roundabout?
It has the built in traffic receiver.
Do I have to pay an annual fee for traffic information for it?
I will not use the bluetooth on it and wondered if this was better getting than the streetpilot c510.
My brother-in-law has that one and says it is good.
Is it worth the money?
Is the traffic feature worth getting or not?

doesn't matter now I've gone for the streetpilot 510t.
Nobody replied so got what I thought best myself.
