red light on dash

Hi a red light keeps coming on, even though the day before i have filled the rad with a coolant/water mix. Is this the oil or a thermostat prob?

it could be your alternator not charging the battery,tighten the belt up a bit.

a red warning light could mean anything, faulty airbags, bulb blown etc etc. can you describe the symbol?

otherwise you're just going to have to bat your eyelids at a 12 year old working in Halfords ;o)

hello. i was going to bed, but a low level water light is normally yellow. whats the warning lamp look like? don,t say red.lol

could be a brake fluid warning light ,
remember amber is warning red is stop

also what car it is
and if it comes on at a particular time

also, have you looked in manual?
