If she was disqualified under "totting up" (12 points in three years) then, yes, the points revert to zero.

If she was banned for a single offence then no, any pouints remain as they were.
She got 4 points to add to the 9 she already had.

Why do you say "No", mdoo?

The law is quite clear. Following a disqualification under "totting up" (to which, it seems Ms Robinson was subject) the driver's points tally returns to zero.

It is true that the endorsements remain on the drivers licence for the appropriate period (and so must be disclosed for insurance purposes). However, the driver has a clean sheet as far as points are concerned and has to accumulate another twelve within three years before facing another disqualification.
she just gets the last 4 points knocked off look it up in google she still has 9 points showing
'fraid not, cleggie. Whatever you found on Google is wrong.

Points definitely revert to zero when a "totting" ban is imposed.

Under your proposal, four more points immediately following the ban would mean a second disqualification, this time for 12 months minimum. This is not the way the system works.
