Drivers

I am in bother this time. I thought my XP Professional disc would at least have the necessary drivers on board in order to get me on-line so I could get started. I was forced into re-formatting my hard-drive without first saving my drivers. So now I have a lovely clean computer that can't do anything. The PC is the Compaq Presario S0000 (System Number DQ077A)......I know there are some clever guys out there who can hopefully tell me how to get or better still send me the required drivers (zipped or otherwise) in order to get me going. I can receive mail on [email protected] using the wifes laptop. Many thanks..Telboy

Thanks Paul but Which of those would I need to get me on-line and what would be the easiest way to get them from wifes laptop to my "dead" PC.

your best (possibly only) option is to burn the drivers to CD/DVD
