I had a bump in Oct 2006, just 2 weeks after starting a new insurance policy. They did not make any difference to the amount I was paying.

I changes car insurance in 2007 and now I'm looking for a cheaper quote. But I'm confused - Do I have 1 NCD or 2? (It has been 2 years since the bump.. Can anyone help?

oct 06-oct o7 is no no claims bonus due to claim. oct o7-oct 08 is 1 years NCD so yhou have 1 year
