Someone told me recently that if a van has high mileage its not as bad as if a car does. im looking to buy a van or car for my business but if i got a car i wouldn't get one with over 70K on the dial, but with a van its more likely its going to be nearer 100K. What do you think?

If you don't mind if it breaks down, and it costs a lot to put right, then go for it.

Cars or Vans, it does not matter what you have if they are serviced well, clutch not ridden 100,000 + no problems, if bying 2nd hand check to see if the van was an Ex builders van, check the back for a tow bar, the rear springs on these get some hammer regards the weight they carry, depending on the milage, Cam belts are a MUST, Leave it you pay the price, If getting it serviced do not use CRP oil. Check back on the service history ( If it's got one) If not & you bye first job, Full service.
